Jeff Chang (张信哲), Chang Shin-che, Zhang Xinzhe is a male Taiwanese singer and actor, who performs sentimental Mandarin pop ballads. Chang started off his showbiz career by winning a singing competition while in college, he also started his philanthropic works as a voluntary teacher in impoverished areas of Taiwan since he was in high school.
