SYNOPSIS

Wu Liuqi is a twenty-one year old boy who is clumsy and broke, and suffering from amnesia. He failed a crash course in professional killing and decides to open up a barber shop as a disguise. He possess the deadly telekinetic scissor techniques and have an ability to seamlessly transform into anything. He decides to become and assassin, and gets stuck in a power struggle between two rivaling factions while he tries hard to recover his lost memories. He has two sidekick Dai Bo and Xiao Fei who goes with him on his missions. These two are also the ones who found Wu Liuqi on a beach in Chicken Island when he was 19. He later falls in love with the pretty miss Thirteen (daughter of the Plum Blossom Swordsman).
