Two estranged friends rebuild their embittered past as they travel dangerously together in a habal-habal to retrieve a dead pal. Leo Gamut is not just an ordinary habal-habal driver–aside from being the resident ambulance and delivery man of their remote village in Compostella Valley, he is also hired to transport the dead down the mountains for survival. One day on a special assignment, Miguel Jasareno, Leo’s estrange childhood friend from Manila appeared in his doorstep. Miguel paid Leo to join in retrieving the corpse of a rebel pursued by the military. As Leo and Miguel embark on a dangerous journey in a habal-habal in the treacherous Mt. Diwalwal, the duo’s fragile friendship will be tested–forcing them to confront their issues with the dead body from the past.
