SYNOPSIS

In a small industrial town, a mother and daughter are reunited during one beautiful summer after being separated for 17 years. The teen's naive plan to get her mother to stay pushes several families into the abyss.

Shui Qing who comes from a small town and grew up in the shadow of her stepmother is eager to meet her biological mother, Qu Ting. Seventeen years later, Qu Ting’s sudden return brings warmth and happiness to Shui Qing’s forlorn youth. Qu Ting easily integrates herself into Shui Qing’s life and becomes part of the "Youth Bunny Gang" with Shui Qing and her best friends. However, the arrival of a mysterious man known as Old Du  shatters their hard-earned happiness and also reveals an unknown side of Qu Ting. Desperate to grasp the maternal love that she has lost and regained, Shui Qing decides to put up a fight. Who knew that acting on impulse would cause things to spiral out of control.
