SYNOPSIS

The drama tells a series of stories in which Zhao Yi Yang, chief of the accident section of the Pingyuan City Traffic Police Detachment, led the police to investigate a traffic accident which reveals the truth behind an incident many years ago. A small van was tragically involved in a car accident, and both parents of a family of three died.
