SYNOPSIS

Tong Wai-chung and Shum O-ming join ICAC at the same time, and they become blood brothers. Sadly, O-ming gets injured as he was carrying out some arbitrary operation, where he then resigned. After that he was never heard of again, like he vanish into thin air. Ten years after,  Wai-chung is promoted to Chief Investigator. Upon a suspected bank staff corruption case, Wai-chung realizes O-ming is surprisingly implicated. O-ming used his investigation ICAC experience to assist him in his crimes. Wai-chung was not happy with his blood brother as he has forgotten their goal to uphold Justice - Now Wai Chung has to bring Justice to O-ming.
