Wang Ji Hye is a Korean actress who was born in South Korea. She first began acting in 2003 when she appeared on the television show One Percent of Anything. She then continued to appear in small parts on television shows such as Beijing My Love, The Life and Death Love and How to Meet a Perfect Neighbor. In 2006, she appeared in her first film, which was called The Fox Family. She then acted in the film Beautiful Sunday and on the television show Friend, Our Legend.

In 2010, she landed a significant role on the comedy romance television series Personal Taste. The show detailed the story of a man who pretends to be gay in order to get closer to a woman who is looking for a gay male roommate.
