Luo Tianyi 洛天依 is the first Chinese Vocaloid singer, a fictional character that uses Vocaloid speech synthesis technology. It was launched by Shanghai He Nian, Tianyi has Chinese data taken from Chinese voice actor Shan Xin, Japanese data is taken from San Shin and Japanese singers and Sakurmi Kano. She debuted on March 21, 2012. Ideolo designed the character for "Vocaloid™ China Project".

Ideolo said that Luo Tianyi's early formula suit was inspired by the character Hailong from the game " Monster Hunter ". [6] And in the initial setting, Tianyi has two clothing styles, the normal mode (TYPE B, that is the formula service) and the hot singing mode (TYPE A), which are suitable for the slow song and fast song environments, respectively. [3] [7] Luo Tianyi’s first logo was in the style of a red seal, part of it was a representative symbol, and the other part was a Chinese name superimposed with Roman Pinyin; the current logo is a concise style using Yingshi color (#66CCFF).
