Katie Chen 陳語安 is a Taiwanese female actress. While still in high school in 2009, she entered showbiz participating in the Taiwan variety show "I Guess I Guess I Guess Guess" Uniform Beauty section. Her acting stint began in 2011 with theatrical performances and then debuted as the female lead in web idol drama "Rental War". In 2013, Chen won fourth place in the online voting for "Taiwan New House God and Goddess". Besides being known as Cecilia Chuang, she's also called the Taiwan version of Keiko Kitagawa (Beichuan Jingzi).
