The incident in question stemmed from an ugly verbal altercation she had with her boyfriend at a restaurant, going so far as driving her car at him when he refused to step inside the vehicle. When the boyfriend reported this incident to the police, she is alleged to have choked him, even attempting to snap his wrists.
