With a Vietnamese mother and Thai father, as a child Gigie lived in both Vietnam and Thailand before settling in California (US). Gigie studied Business Administration at Cypress College. In 2017, she appeared in The Face Vietnam season 2, and afterwards worked as a model for various brands, as well as doing commercial and MV work. Gigie is now working in Bangkok as an actress with GMMTV.
