EPEX 이펙스 was formerly known as C9ROOKIES (C9루키즈) is an eight members boy band group under C9 Entertainment. They debuted on June 8th, 2021 with the 1st EP Album BIPOLAR Pt.1 : 불안의 서. The band's name described as “the gathering of eight youths reaches eight different apexes.” It represents the eight members forming a collective, powerful new team.
