In episode 9 Won Deuk is angry after finding out that he is not actually Won Deuk. He is more upset about why Hong Shim decided to tell him now than the fact that she lied to him. He thinks it's because she found his feelings for her burdensome and didn't want to sleep with him. Meanwhile, Moo-yeon wakes up after being shot by an arrow and Soo-ji confesses that he saw a man at the scene of the crime. Won Deuk takes up an errand to the capital of Hanyang to recover his memories and has a dangerous encounter there.
