In episode 7 the King decides to send the Chief Censor and Prince Seo-won to Mount Chunwoo to investigate the talisman incident. Meanwhile, Won Deuk is brought to Park Sun Do's place, where it's confirmed that the nobleman is behind the kidnapping. Won Deuk saves Hong Shim from the bad guys, and her father and brother find their home ruined. The Crown Prince's mother is accused of using a cursed talisman, and Je Yoon is implicated in the scandal and tortured. The Vice Premier reveals that the Crown Princess is pregnant with the Crown Prince's baby, which spells bad news for the Queen and Seowon Prince. The episode ends with the Crown Prince and Hong Shim sharing a sweet moment together.
