Under Yao Mowan’s careful care, Ye Junqing finally woke up. He also learned that the jade pendant on his waistband was used as payment for medicine to the doctor. He screamed at Yao Mowan and told her that the jade pendant was worth more than his own life. Yao Mowan insisted on finding the jade pendant. Yao Mowan had to go to the doctor to retrieve the jade pendant alone, but fell down because of the slippery mountain road. The old man told Ye Junqing that his wife was there to take care of him the whole time he was in his coma, so he should cherish her. As soon as he finished speaking, Yao Mowan came back with with a muddy face and said that she could get the jade pendant in the middle of the night.  Ye Junqing thanked her for taking care of him while he was ill.

Li Fei invited a spiritualist to hold a soul-calling ceremony in Yao Moxin’s bedroom. Ye Hongyi angrily sent the wizard away when he saw it, and discouraged Li Fei not to listen to these witchcraft. Li Fei said that she also felt sorry for Ye Hongyi.

Ye Junqing and Yao Mowan quarreled again about who was sleeping where. The old man’s wife bought them a quilt. In order not to show the they weren't lying about being a couple, Yao Mo had to sleep with Ye Junqing. In the same bed, but Ye Junqing was unwilling, but finally compromised with Yao Mowan's insistence.

Ye Hongyi goes to Yao Moxin's motionless body, and starts looking at the jade pendant in his hand, recalling their wedding day. The two set a life-long private relationship in front of guests, but without relatives and friends. They made a promise to love each other for a lifetime and never lose her and stay committed to her. Looking at Yao Moxin who was unconscious, Ye Hongyi felt very painful.

Ye Junqing, who woke up first, found Yao Mowan was hugging him, so he tried to break free, but did not succeed. It turns out that Yao Mowan woke up early, and the two of them are in a contest, who will let go first? Fortunately, the wife of the old man came knocking att the door. 

The killer in the restaurant saw the jade pendant belonging to Ye Junqing in the doctor's hand, and stepped forward to ask where the jade pendant came from, and the doctor had to tell the truth.

Ye Yao and the two came to the river. Hearing what Yao Mowan talk, Ye Junqing suddenly regarded saw Mo Wan as Mo Xin. At Yao Mowan's request, Ye Junqing named her Nianxin. Asked why she saved his life, Yao Mowan replied that because Ye Junqing was hers, and  she ran away embarrassedly. The two returned to the old man’s house and found that both husband and wife had been killed. Ye Junqing pulled Yao Mowan to prepare to escape, but was still surrounded by the warriors of Dashu. Fortunately, Ben Lei brought people to rescue Ye Junqing in time and helped him find the jade pendant. Ye Junqing went back to the mansion, but Yao Mowan was afraid that she would lose her position. She hugged Ye Junqing’s arm tightly, and Ye Junqing had no choice but to take her back to the mansion.

Above the court, a minister asked to take back the border military power from the hands of Prince Su aka Ye Junqing because the country is now peaceful. General Huan Heng opposed this. When he was about to argue, Ye Junqing returned to the court, and Ye Hongyi gave him a seal and the title of powerful general. After coming down from the court, Ye Hongyi and Ye Junqing recounted his brotherhood. He said that autumn hunting was about to begin. He was worried about the security of autumn hunting, so he put Ye Junqing in charge. Ye Junqing accepted the order. After Ye Hongyi talked about the state affairs and then talked about the queen’s ill condition- Ye Junqing took it like a knife through his heart, but on the face his, he pretended that nothing had happened. Ye Junqing walked out of the palace, thinking that his beloved Yao Mo was at stake, he was very worried.

Walking on the palace road, Ye Junqing recalled that before leaving, Yao Moxin had come to see him off, and the two agreed to drink together after he returns from battle.

Lady Dou Xianglan of the Yao Mansion asked her husband who returned home from the next dynasty how Mo Xin was doing. She also said that it would be useless to pray for her. Mo Wan was also missing and her whereabouts were unknown, prompting her husband to point Su luan to take the post. Instead, Yao Cheng asked the eldest lady whether she did it for the Yao family or the Dou family.

The second wife of Yao Mansion, Mo Li, cried to her husband about the fate of her two daughters and begged her husband to find Mo Wan back. Ye Junqing and the generals deployed defenses around the hunting ground, and there were still three thousand people left without specifying the specific arrangements.

Meanwhile, Yao Mowan was enjoying herself in the Ye Yunqing palace. She broke into a secret room where a portrait of Yao Moxin was hung. She thought the picture looked very much like herself. A flash like needles went through her mind and she was touching the picture and accidentally tore it.  Ye Junqing who came over saw her tearing the picture. He impulsively screamed and order Yao Moxin to be tossed out by the house guards. She saw the waiter who brought the wine into the mansion at the gate of the mansion, and she made a living.
