Renascence 凤唳九天 Episode 12

The episode starts with Ye Hongyi making a decree in public to set up Yao Mowan as the Wan concubine and share the harem with the three concubines. Dou Shiming falsely congratulated Yao Mowan, Dou Xianglan also pretended to be happy, and the two sang and praised each other. After Ye Hongyi heard this, now the Sixth Palace has no owner, and decreed that Yao Suluan be promoted to Li noble concubine, and Dou Xianglan was also named the first-class imperial wife.

Mean while, at Ye Junqing's palace; he was enjoying the Thousand-handed Guanyin dances. Ye Junqing drank and pretended to get drunk. Ye Junxin put up an act of  indulgeance to show the other princes and nobles, 

Ye Hongyi learns that Ye Junqing's temperament has changed drastically. He is absent-minded every day, singing and dancing, and pretending to test Yao Mowan's heart. Yao Mowan said that if a person suddenly changes his temperament, it is only because he recognizes his incompetence that he will not covet what should not be his own. Let Ye Hongyi sit back and relax and dispel his worries.

Yao Mowan went back to her room, changed back to her clothes, and saw Yao Suluan approaching from behind. Yao Suluan was dissatisfied that the Yao sisters had snatched Ye Hongyi one after another, saying that the Yao sisters were half-hearted, but she loved Ye Hongyi, but she never got Ye Hongyi's heart. She was not reconciled to why Yao Moxin had left, and another Yao Mowan came, obviously she was the first to meet Ye Hongyi. Yao Mowan talked about Li's tragic situation and reprimanded Yao Suluan for not insisting on feelings. Compared with her mother ill fate to Sulan's, Ye Junqing is leisurely and contented every day, just wanting a pot of turbid wine and having fun in time. Ye Hongyi deliberately summoned him into the palace and asked him to be in charge of Yao Mowan's canonization ceremony, as a flower protector to welcome his relatives, so that he could stop the gossip.

A servant gave Yao Mowan clothes, but Dou Xianglan was displeased, tore off the dress and threw it to the ground. The male servant spoke up for Mowan and got punished.  Yao Suluan was worried that Yao Mowan's entry into the palace would threaten her position as a queen. Dou Xianglan asked her not to worry, as arrangements had already been made.

Ye Hongyi appointed Ye Junqing as the flower protector. Ye Junqing felt uncomfortable, but he could only agree. Yao Mowan put on the canonized gown, looking at the sachet in her hand, she was extremely sad, but was taken away by an unidentified man in black. When Yao Mowan woke up, she found her hands and feet tied up, sitting alone in the carriage, Ye Junqing and Han Jinyi sent people to look around. When it was time to seal the concubine, Ye Hongyi did not see Yao Mowan appearing for a long time. Hearing that Yao Mowan disappeared suddenly, he waited patiently for the final result.

Yao Mowan was taken away, and she used Peilan in the sachet to leave a bread crumble trail for someone to come save her.. Jiny told Ye Junqing that Mowan was cunning that she must have left a clue, upon hearing that Ye Junqing found the clue on the ground.They got there just in time as the man in black pushed Yao Mowan into the water. Ye Junqing jumped  into the water and gave Yao Mowan oxygen by pressing his lips over hers and blowing oxygen through her mouth.The eunuch reported to Ye Hongyi, telling him that Yao Mowan was tortured by the gangster and that her clothes were all messed up (saying that she must have been raped). He said Ye Junqing saved Mowan, but everyone in the country now is saying she was now an unclean woman. Ye Hongyi got pissed.
