Make-Up brand "L’Oréal Paris"  has officially appointed a South Korean actor, Lee Jong Suk as their brand ambassador for China. That didn't sit well with the citizens of Weibo, not that they have any beef with Mr. Lee Jong Suk, but rather they were upset that they had picked a Korean to represent Chinese in a Chinese market. They wanted to know why they didn't pick a Chinese ambassador for China. L’Oréal realized that a lot of Chinese people were upset that they were attempting to sell to the Chinese, and the terms they used picked a Chinese as the ambassador for China was a mistake in wording, so they deleted the words "for China."

L’Oréal noted that their sales reached $9.1 billion in the three months leading up to March; this was higher than suggested forecasts and has been attributed to strong growth in China. The company deleted the words "for China" in what is considered to be "just in time", leading their customers to spend hilariously.
