Love Like The Galaxy 星汉灿烂 Episode 55

It was because of the successive deaths of Lou's family that Lou Li lost her mind and decided to kill Cheng Shaoshang for revenge. The vacant seats that Cheng Shaoshang had noticed before confirmed her inner guess. She was afraid that Lou Yao's move was ordered by someone behind the scenes. He Zhaojun endured the discomfort and stumbled to the shrine to activate the mechanism. Sure enough, there was a secret room inside.

As Cheng Shaoshang and He Zhaojun hid from Lou Li in the secret room, Wang Yanji (whose whereabouts were unknown many years ago) suddenly appeared. Wang Yanji told Lou Li that she has no use for her anymore, and she stabbed Lou Li and killed her. While Lou Li was taking her last breathe she realized that Wang Yanji was the one responsible for the death of her parents.

Cheng Shaoshang found that there was still one person in the secret room with them. Upon closer inspection, it was Yuan Shen, who was covered in bruises and blood. He was imprisoned here by an iron chain several meters long. It turned out that Yuan Shen assisted the 3rd prince to implement the Tiantian decree, and unexpectedly stumble on the fact that someone bought a large amount of kerosene and hoarded it in the only way toward the 3rd prince. He originally wanted to warn the 3rd prince, but before he could he was trapped and tortured.

Yuan Shen urged Cheng Shaoshang to leave first, but Cheng Shaoshang insisted on unlocking the lock. She stated that there is no locks that she can't open. 

Huo Bu Yi brought his troops to Hua County, and noticed the strange expressions of the vendors on both sides of the street. Unexpectedly, these people were the remnants of the emperor, trying to separate Huo Bu Yi and Heiweijia, trying every means to lead him into a trap. Huo Bu Yi believed that there must be someone who was extremely important to him in the trap, so he simply jumped in without a thought. Sure enough he saw Cheng Shaoshang inside, and the stone gate was closed. Cheng Shaoshang screamed at him and asked if he was dumb because he jumped in even after knowing it was a trap. She scolded him for not seeking help instead of jumping into the trap. She said if he dies then he can't take his revenge, he then stated to her if she was dead what is the point of him living and having his revenge. He said for her to live is the most important thing to him. She was moved with emotions and called him dumb.

The surrounding stone walls seemed to be licked by fire snakes, and the oil lamps embedded in the stone walls were lit one by one. In front of them, there was a spiritual seat of Lou Ben, and Wang Yanji walked out of the shadow. She stated that when a hero is in love they do stupid things.

At the beginning, Wang Yanji threw herself into the river and did not die, but was rescued by Tian Shuo, and with his assistance, began a five-year revenge plan. She prepared this trap as their burial place. Huo Bu Yi believed that Wang Yanji was justifiable for seeking revenge on him, but should not involve innocent people. Wang Yanji did not feel that the other three victims were innocent. First, she feels that Cheng Shaoshang helped in the killing of her husband, and secondly, Yuan Shen was nosy and mingle in he affairs. As for He Zhaojun, she felt Lou Yao didn't love her and was forced to marry her. If it wasn't for the persecution of the big house, how would he have married her? Only when He Zhaojun died, could Lou Yao be freed from the shackles and that is one thing as a sister-in-law could do for him.

However, Cheng Shaoshang firmly believed that Lou Yao had feelings for He Zhaojun and reminded her not to listen to Wang Yanji's lies. She toldher that Lou Yao would bring the midwife soon.

Lou Yan runs door to door looking for doctors or a midwife to help delivered his baby. His servant and him ran in the pouring rain and finally came across a door that had a male doctor who agreed to go with him.

Huo Bu Yi told Wang Yanji that she should not do this and Luo Ben was not worth her committing this crime. She turn to him and said don't judge me -didn't you leave Cheng Shaoshang and choose to go for revenge instead. He said he did but he regrets it and and wants to repent from his wrong doings. He has regretted it for five long years and that if he could do it all again he would have married Cheng Shaoshang first and done things as husband and wife. Wang Yanji then says why didn't her husband have regrets. Cheng Shaoshang said that Lou Ben did regret it, and he gave her a landscaping painting of mountains and rivers and that in the future when she feels trapped to look at the sky and earth and never be trapped in one's heart. Cheng Shaoshang said now she will pass on that wisdom to her from her husband Lou Ben. Huo Bu Yi then stated that she should not be a rebel and cause destructions for their kingdom, because Lou Ben would not wish to see her if she will commit a crime and left people saying he was to be blamed. She didn't care and said she will go see her husband even if he does not wish to see her.

Almost at the same time, the kerosene spread on the ground, and a scorching golden-red flame erupted into the sky, and the leads also burned to the three fire thunders embedded in the stone wall. The stone door overhead opened with a bang. Huo Bu Yi's troops helped save He Zhaojun then Yuan Shen to climb the ladder to escape, followed by Cheng Shaoshang. Just when Huo Bu Yi was about to go upthe ladder, Wang Yanji suddenly rushed out and grabbed Huo Bu Yi.  The trapped door suddenly activate, and started closing the opening and breaking the ladder. Huo Bu Yi immediately decided to let his subordinates take Cheng Shaoshang away, and the Liang brothers were in tears with Cheng Shaoshang as the helplessly look down toward the closing door. 

The explosion came, and everyone was rescued safely, except for Huo Bu Yi. Cheng Shaoshang collapsed in front of the ruins and wept bitterly. She had already forgiven Huo Bu Yi in her heart, as long as he could survive. However, the silent response made her even more desperate. It was not until Liang Qiuqi suddenly called the young master, that she realized that Huo Bu Yi had also escaped. Cheng Shaoshang ran toward him. She asked him how did he escape, he told her that if Wang Yanji went into the trap through a secret passage so he came out through that same passage. Cheng Shaoshang then emraced Huo Bu Yi.

Lou Yao ran toward screaming for his wife. He found her and hugged her showing her he loved her. Yuan Shen looked at the two couples in love with each other, feeling helpless while thinking about the situation of the 3rd prince. He said it is almost dawn are we going to save the 3rd prince? Now that the 3rd prince is imprisoned, if the prince has something to do, it will inevitably lead to turmoil in the country. Cheng Shaoshang asked Huo Bu Yi to go rescue the 3rd prince, and she will stayed behind to protect the people of Guo Village, and suggested that will go through this battle together.

Tian Shuo ambushed the 3rd prince's and his troops. Because of the disparity in strength between the two sides, the 3rd prince soon fell behind and was about to die. At the critical moment, Huo Bu Yi hurried over to protect the 3rd prince, Tian Shuo wanted to take the opportunity to sneak attack, but was caught by Huo Bu Yi and the black guards were dispatched to surround him.
