Mochi (2020)

Mochi is a delicacy that's eaten all over Asia, but the Nissei have decided to take things to the next level. Loosely based on the manga, "Dagashi Kashi", Kokonotsu Shikada is an undecisive, but simmeringly ambitious teenage boy who lives in the countryside. Following an argument with his bellicose father, who wanted him to become the succesor of the family's candy business, his life is interrupted by tsundere girl Hotaru Shidare. She challenges his notions about both taking over his family's business, and attempts to micromanage his work in making candy.
